After 2 busy days at Miniatura, thank you to everyone who came and said hello and bought kits!! I have now unpacked the car...... not everything is put away yet, but I was eager to put the new kits and their prices on the blog. If you click on the box with the title New 1/24th Kits you can see them all. Here is a picture of one of my favourites......the hydrangea bush.

New Pictures
I've been working on some new 1/24th scale kits!!! to be released at Miniatura next weekend, 17th and 18th March.
It was while I was photographing them that I realised there were several images missing from my current kits. So I've taken all the photographs and if you go to the boxes above and click on 1/24th Vegetable Garden you will find new photographs including........
Runner Beans and.....
Lettuce, Marrow/Courgette, Spring Cabbages and Pumpkin/Squash. If you look carefully you can see one of the new kits!!
The first person to leave me a comment and tell me what it is, will win one of these kits.
My stand number at Miniatura is C12, please come and say hello if you are coming to the show.

Happy New Year and Kit of The Month
First of all can I wish each and everyone of you a very Happy New Year !!
This includes all those who have joined this blog as followers.....sorry I don't say hello often enough......perhaps this can be one of my New Year's Resolutions??!!
I try not to make them really, it's so disapointing when you can't keep them......as a child it was all those diaries that started so well in January and had completely petered out by the beginning of February!
It's a bit like this blog, started with good intentions of posting lots of interesting things only to find that there are only so many hours in the day and days in the week, and not enough of either. Note to self...must try harder in 2012.
I do however manage to post a Kit of the Month every month!! So to start 2012 we have 1/12th scale Crocus.......sorry not in 1/24th scale......don't have a punch tiny enough........ though you could make these into 1/24th Tulips!
Each kit contains enough to make all the crocus shown in the picture...15 in all. And if you quote JAN12 on your order you will get the kit at half price, £1.95 instead of £3.90.
Hope you all have a Happy and Healthy New Year, and get to finish all those Miniature projects you have planned.

Kensington Dollshouse Festival
I had a wonderful day on Saturday, we were steadily busy all day and I only sat down for the length of time it took to eat a sandwich. To say I was tired by the time I reached home at 8.00pm is an understatement!!
I decided not to take my big heavy wooden stand, my back has not been behaving itself lately so I thought I wouldn't tempt fate, so I built a display from the white storage boxes that are used in my workroom. Thank you Ikea!!
Having used them once, I so like the ease of transporting them that with some modifications.....flat panels of card to stand everything on......I think I'll use them again in May.
So here are a couple of photos of my stand at the show.......sorry about the quality, I had to use the flash on my little point and shoot camera......never a good idea.
It was so lovely to see lots of familiar faces, I hope you are planning to come to London in May, I'm brimming with new ideas and enthusiasm.......must start making things very soon.
The flower arrangers table you can see in the picture was made by my very talented sister Liz from my flower kits. Liz helps me at Miniatura and Kensington, I couldn't do it without her.....Thanks Liz xxx
